Yo, Clairet A Solorzano P. Titular de la C.I 14752071, de 40 años de edad, en el 2016 estuve hospitalizada 3 meses con una trombosis en la vena supra hepática (Síndrome Budd- Chiari), me realizaron un Tips con implante de atento Viatorr más Begraft de 10 mm con éxito, me mantuve asintomática cv hasta la fecha reciente, cuando comienzo a presentar una recaída con mayor fuerza, es bastante preocupante mi situación ya que soy madre soltera, vivo con mi madre adulto mayor de 70 años con discapacidad.
En vista de esta recaida me realice una endoscopia superior, dónde revela la reaparición de varices esofagicas grado IV, y me realice una tomografía circulatoria hepática portal, que reveló la presencia del tips en la desembocadura de la vena cava inferior.
En vista de los resultados de los estudios realizados me encuentro en una preocupación enorme ya que no cuento con los recursos necesarios para realizarme una intervención que equivale a un monto de 10.100$ ( Diez mil cien dólares americanos).
Ameritó la realización de revisión de tips más implante de stent autoexpandible sobre tips previamente implantado, es de suma urgencia realizarlo por alto grado de riesgo q hemorragias.
Se anexa presupuestos ( clínica, material quirúrgico y honorarios profesionales) e informe médico.
