Life surprises me and tests me unexpectedly. This is how a very recent story begins for me and that today becomes the only decisive path I must take to save my life.

I am Giomir Di Luca, I am 40 years old and I live in Valencia, Venezuela. I am the mother of a beautiful princess who is my companion, my motor and the impulse that complements my life purpose.
I have worked for 22 years as a professional stylist, a trade that I enjoy with immense passion and joy. I have been a privileged woman for always being at the service of people who want to feel better and better.
My unexpected story began last Tuesday, August 6, when I unexpectedly presented a clonic tonic seizure with a post ictal phase. After going to the doctor and having the multiple exams indicated by the specialists, they gave me the news of a blunt diagnosis: MAV Arterio Venous Temporus, left occipital temporo: Cavernoma.
This diagnosis forces me immediately to practice the therapeutic treatment Radiosurgery with Gamma Knife.
Unfortunately in my country, Venezuela, we currently do not have the specialized teams to do this type of surgery; Therefore, I need to move to a destination where I can have access to the required procedure and thus save my life.
The doctors and specialists who have reviewed my case in detail have suggested to me that the sooner I must travel to the United States to be treated at the Miami Neuroscience Center Al Larkin or that I could also do it in Buenos Aires, Argentina, at the Angel Oncology Institute H. Roffo.
The main conquest that I must undertake at this moment is to SAVE MY LIFE and in any way I ask you to extend your hand to help me. Neither my family nor I have the money needed to cover the costs of surgery that exceed $ 20,000.
Any contribution is very valuable to me, what can give value to a coffee, I assure you that I receive it with my heart wide open because my main desire is to stay alive.
