<div>Marcia Hass, de 80 años,  ha rescatado a cientos de perros desde que llegó a México hace más de 30 años.

<div>Ahora por cuestiones de salud, ella tiene que cerrar su refugio el cual actualmente alberga 60 perros, los cuales necesitan urgentemente un hogar. Si no podemos encontrar hogares,  60 perritos felices y saludables corren el riesgo de ser sacrificados.

<div>El refugio de Marcia es el único centro de rescate de perros en Tepoztlán, a 90 minutos al sur de la Ciudad de México. Su refugio es único, ya que los perros viven en su propiedad en un ambiente hogareño y cariñoso.

<div>Inicialmente se pensó que había fondos suficientes para apoyar a Marcia y sus perros por un año, pero se descubrió que no hay fondos suficientes para cubrir su enfermedad, así como el mantenimiento y la reubicación de los perros.
