<div><strong>El Día Mundial de la Limpieza</strong> es un programa global de acción social que busca combatir el problema de los residuos sólidos mediante un evento de limpieza simultáneo a nivel mundial. Reconocido por las Naciones Unidas como un día internacional de importancia, reúne anualmente a millones de voluntarios para limpiar la basura y los residuos mal gestionados de parques, playas, ríos, bosques y calles.

<div>La campaña pretende con este gesto concienciar y movilizar <strong>a toda la sociedad</strong> para reducir la cantidad de residuos que producimos y desechamos, fomentando la cooperación para encontrar soluciones ecológicas. «No es difícil encontrar cinco amigos, limpiar juntos durante cinco horas y luego disfrutar del logro. Un medio ambiente más limpio nos afecta a todos positivamente, tanto mental como físicamente».

<div>La <strong>Asociación Fondo Natural / Let´s do it spain </strong>es la representante en España del movimiento Let´s do it y coordina la difusión de la campaña para aumentar la participación tanto de voluntarios individualmente como a través de empresas, instituciones, centros educativos y colectivos diversos.
