<div>La Cooperativa<strong> **Raíces del Corazón**</strong> nació con el propósito de brindar oportunidades a mujeres inmigrantes para que puedan desarrollar y administrar sus propios negocios, fomentando redes de apoyo, colaboración y solidaridad. Nuestro objetivo es generar independencia económica, desarrollo personal y liderazgo entre mujeres que buscan construir un mejor futuro para ellas y sus familias.

<div>La idea de crear esta cooperativa surgió después de que varias de nosotras fuimos desplazadas de nuestros trabajos. Ante la necesidad de seguir sosteniendo a nuestras familias y la incertidumbre económica que enfrentábamos, decidimos unir nuestras experiencias, talentos y esfuerzos para construir una alternativa propia. Así nació nuestro sueño de formar una cooperativa que nos permitiera tener soberanía sobre nuestras fuentes de ingreso y crear estabilidad para nuestras comunidades.

<div>The **Raíces del Corazón** Cooperative was founded to provide immigrant women with opportunities to develop and manage their own businesses, fostering networks of support, collaboration, and solidarity. Our goal is to generate economic independence, personal growth, and leadership among women seeking to build a better future for themselves and their families.

<div>The idea to create this cooperative emerged after several of us were displaced from our jobs. Faced with the need to continue supporting our families and the economic uncertainty confronting us, we decided to combine our experiences, talents, and efforts to build an alternative of our own. Thus, our dream was born: to form a cooperative that would allow us to have sovereignty over our sources of income and create stability for our communities.
