<div>La multinacional AVIAGEN proyecta cinco grandes explotaciones avícolas intensivas en Maranchón (Guadalajara), en un territorio de extraordinario valor natural y paisajístico.

<div>Desde la Plataforma para la Defensa del Valle y Hoces del Mesa llevamos más de un año intentando defenderlo mediante alegaciones, recursos y participación ciudadana. Ahora hemos llegado a una fase decisiva: tenemos que acudir a los tribunales.

<div>Y existe un problema añadido: no nos enfrentamos a un único proyecto, sino a cinco expedientes diferentes.
</div>

<div>La fragmentación de los proyectos también multiplica el coste de nuestra defensa.
</div>

<div>Por ello vamos a concentrar nuestros recursos inicialmente en un máximo de dos recursos contencioso-administrativos.

<div>Uno de nuestros principales argumentos será la posible afección sobre la alondra ricotí, especie en peligro de extinción con presencia en Maranchón.

<div>Para defenderlo con rigor necesitamos un informe pericial ambiental independiente, ya presupuestado en 1.500 € + IVA.
</div>

<div>A ese coste habrá que añadir abogados, procuradores y demás gastos necesarios para afrontar los procedimientos judiciales.
</div>

<div>La Plataforma ya ha reunido cerca de 4.000 € gracias al esfuerzo de sus socios y colaboradores, pero no es suficiente.
