<div>Hello, I hope you are well. First of all, I wish you abundant blessings from God and that all your dreams come true. I come here with a humble heart to ask you to please keep me in your prayers. I am currently in a difficult situation, but I remain full of faith and hope. Here is part of my story. If you are able to help me, I would be extremely grateful. My name is Derbis de Jesús Calanche Lira. I am 25 years old. I have suffered from chronic kidney disease since I was 12 years old, and I have been on hemodialysis since I was 15. I need a kidney transplant. I am already on the waiting list, hoping, God willing, that they will call me to begin the protocol. I am Venezuelan, specifically from the state of Portuguesa, and I currently lack the necessary resources for medical expenses. The operation is free, but I have to pay for other things, including some very expensive medications. If you can help me, I would be very grateful. Any contribution, no matter how small, is important. May God bless you abundantly with health and good health. Thank you.

<div>Two years ago, I had a seizure while on hemodialysis and fractured my right leg, which is now shorter. Since then, I've worn orthopedic shoes to help me walk, as I have advanced osteoporosis and my bones are very fragile.
