<div>Después de haber sido condenados por gestionar una asociación cannábica y haber cumplido pena en prisión, con 4 meses de encierro y 4 años yendo a dormir cada noche, ahora ya estoy en libertad condicional, hasta noviembre.

<div>Tuve que vender mi parte como socio de Night Sun Group, con quien he trabajado 25 años gestionando locales de ocio nocturno y música electrónica, como La Terrrazza, que fundamos en 1995 y que este año cumple 30 años, Felicidades!!

<div>Vendí mis participaciones hace 5 años para poder aferontar mi situación y , conseguir que a mis 3 hijos no les faltara de nada, mientras yo estaba en prisión, ya que nunca sabes cuanto va a durar.

<div>Al salir, gracias a mi mejor amigo Mark, empecé a trabajar de conductor, rider de artistas, djs y raperos, que viene a actuar en diferentes salas de Barcelona. Pero perdí mi carnet por puntos, por tocar el móvil en algún semáforo rojo varias veces y alguna foto de velocidad. Esto me tuvo sin trabajo y sin ingresos durante 7 meses hasta que recuperé el carnet tras el curso y el examen y ahora ya puedo trabajar.

<div>Busqué trabajos alternativos en ese período, sin éxito. Es difícil con mi activismo cannábico, presente presidiario y rozando los 60, encontrar que alguien te confíe un trabajo. Más cuando, durante estos años trabajando de noche, tampoco he ido poniéndome al día en conocimientos informáticos o marketinianos.

<div>Soy sociólogo en cuanto a estudios, pero hace ya 30 años que acabé la carrera y nunca ejercí, aunque me ha servido de mucho en toda mi carrera como emprendedor y activista social, luchando en su día por una democracia real, paricipativa, transparente y horizontal; y últimamente, por una regulación integral, una legalización del uso del cannabis, tanto terapéutico como recreativo.

<div>Ahora me encuentrro con que, después de estos meses sin trabajar, sin facturar, sin ingresar, no he podido hacer frente a varios gastos, entre los que se encuentran unos recibos fraccionados de Hacienda, por el iva y el irpf generado como autónomo, o la cuota misma como tal. Eso ha provocado un embargo y bloqueo de Hacienda, que me reclama la totalidad de los importes, en toda mi actividad, con lo que no puedo cobrar por mucho que trabaje, ya que han enviado órdenes de embargo a la empresa para la que trabajo, que ahora está obligada a pagar a Hacienda, las facturas que yo genere por mi trabajo.

<div>En su día, ya me habían embargado un porcentaje de la nómina, por las multas que nos cayeron en las tres condenas que recibimos, creo que era el 30% o el 35%, si no recuerdo mal, con lo que te permitía poder subsistir con el resto. Pero como autónomo, te reclaman el 100% de lo que generes hasta que cubras tu deuda, con lo que te ves incapaz de poder afrontar ningún gasto, ni alquiler, ni suministros, ni gastos escolares, ropa o alimentación, entre otros muchos gastos que todos tenemos. Todo ello me ha dejado en una situación dramática y, por eso, pido ayuda para salir de este bache, ahora que estaba levando cabeza, después de tocar bien fondo varias veces y volver a empezar de cero.

<div>Muchxs pensaréis que cada uno tiene lo que se merece y, en parte, pueda que sea así, pero también creo que el sistema no está funcionando del todo, estamos en error de sistema, lo estamos viendo estos días con la corrupción sistémica en la política o las guerras.

<div>Todo esto me ha pasado por querer poner mi granito de arena en intentar cambiar algo de las leyer injustas que nos rigen y nos gobiernan y enfrentarme sin miedo y con excesiva exposición, arriesgando lo más preciado, junto a la salud: la Libertad.

<div>Por todo ello, os pido ayuda para conseguir superar este bache. Sé que son momentos difíciles para todxs y que cada uno vive su propio drama y dificultades. Por eso y, sin presión, creo que debemos ayudarnos entre todos. Si no es económicamente, a difundir y hacerlo llegar a otras personas o entidades que sí que puedan y que no les suponga un gran esfuerzo, todo suma.

<div>También estoy abierto a posibles trabajos, que puedan ser compatibles con el que desempeño, que puedan funcionar por objetivos, con mínimas restricciones horarias, con flexibilidad o teletrabajo. Ya me ha llegado alguna propuesta, pero es para dentro de unos meses y mi urgencia es para ahora.

<div>Una vez superado el bache, seguiré compatibilizando el trabajo, para poder mantener a mi familia, o lo que queda de ella, con la actividad y activismo social motivado hacia una transformación a un sistema más justo, libre, solidario y pacífico. Hay muchos proyectos en preparación y pronto también os explicaremos la situación del espacio socio-cultural Món Real, que estamos intentando resucitar y reconstruir de manera más sostenible y enriquecedora, por el bienestar, tanto individual como colectivo.

<div>Sento molt haver-ho de fer i mai m'ha agradat explicar les meves penes, però, ara mateix, no veig cap altra alternativa.

Això em va tenir sense feina i sense ingressos durant 7 mesos fins que vaig recuperar el carnet després del curs i l'examen i ara ja puc treballar.

<div>Vaig buscar treballs alternatius en aquest período, sense èxit. És difícil, amb el meu activisme cannàbic, present presidiari i vorejant els 60, trobar que algú et confiï una feina. Més quan, durant aquests anys treballant de nit, tampoc he anat posant-me al dia en coneixements informàtics o marketinians.

<div>Sóc sociòleg, en quant a estudis, però ja fa 30 anys que vaig acabar la carrera i no vaig exercir mai, encara que m'ha servit de molt en tota la meva carrera com a emprenedor i activista social, lluitant al seu dia per una democràcia real, paricipativa, transparent i horitzontal; i darrerament, per una regulació integral, una legalització de l'ús del cànnabis, tant terapèutic com recreatiu.

<div>Ara trobo que, després d'aquests mesos sense treballar, sense facturar, sense ingressar, no he pogut fer front a diverses despeses, entre les quals hi ha uns rebuts fraccionats d'Hisenda, per l'iva i l'irpf generat com a autònom, o la quota mateixa com a tal. Això ha provocat un embargament i bloqueig d'Hisenda en tota la meva activitat, que em reclama la totalitat dels imports, de manera que no puc cobrar per molt que treballi, ja que han enviat ordres d'embargament a l'empresa per a la qual treballo, que ara està obligada a pagar a Hisenda, les factures que jo generi per la meva feina.

<div>Al seu dia, ja m'havien embargat un percentatge de la nòmina, per les multes que ens van caure a les tres condemnes que vam rebre, crec que era el 30% o el 35%, si no recordo malament, de manera que et permetia poder subsistir amb la resta. Però com a autònom, et reclamen el 100% del que generis fins que cubreixis el teu deute, de manera que et veus incapaç de poder afrontar cap despesa, ni lloguer, ni subministraments, ni despeses escolars, roba o alimentació, entre moltes altres despeses que tots tenim. Tot plegat m'ha deixat en una situació dramàtica i, per això, demano ajuda per sortir d'aquest sotrac, ara que estava aixecant el cap, després de tocar ben fons diverses vegades i tornar a començar de zero.

<div>Molts pensareu que cadascú té el que es mereix i, en part, potser que sigui així, però també crec que el sistema no està funcionant del tot, está en error de sistema, ho estem veient aquests dies amb la corrupció sistèmica en la política o les guerres.
</div>
<div>Tot això m'ha passat per voler posar el meu granet de sorra a intentar canviar alguna cosa de les lleis injustes que ens regeixen i ens governen i enfrontar-me sense por i amb excessiva exposició, arriscant el més preat, juntament amb la salut: la Llibertat.
</div>
<div>Per tot això, us demano ajuda ,per aconseguir superar aquest sotrac. Sé que són moments difícils per a tots i que cadascú viu el seu propi drama i dificultats. Per això i, sense pressió, crec que ens hem d'ajudar entre tots. Si no és econòmicament, a difondre i fer-ho arribar a altres persones o entitats que sí que puguin, i que no els suposi un gran esforç, tot plegat.
</div>
<div>També estic obert a possibles treballs, que puguin ser compatibles amb el que tinc, que puguin funcionar per objectius, amb mínimes restriccions horàries, amb flexibilitat o teletreball. Ja m'ha arribat alguna proposta, però és per d'aquí a uns mesos i la meva urgència és per ara.
</div>
<div>Un cop superat el sotrac, continuaré compatibilitzant la feina, per poder mantenir la meva família, o el que en queda, amb l'activitat i l'activisme social motivat cap a una transformació a un sistema més just, lliure, solidari i pacífic. Hi ha molts projectes en preparació i aviat us explicarem també la situació de l'espai sociocultural Món Real, que estem intentant ressuscitar i reconstruir de manera més sostenible i enriquidora, pel benestar, tant individual com col·lectiu.

Especially when, during these years working at night, I haven't been catching up on  digital or marketing skills.

<div>I'm a sociologist by career, but I finished my degree 30 years ago and never practiced it, although it has served me well throughout my career as an entrepreneur and social activist, fighting in the past for a real, participatory, transparent, and horizontal democracy; and more recently, for comprehensive regulation and legalization of cannabis use, both therapeutic and recreational.

<div>Now I find myself, after these months without working, without invoicing, without income, unable to cover several expenses, including split receipts from the Treasury for VAT and personal income tax generated as a self-employed person, or the tax itself. This has led to a seizure and blockage by the Treasury, which is demanding the full amounts from me, across all my activities. So I can't get paid no matter how hard I work, as they have sent seizure orders to the company I work for, which is now obligated to pay the Treasury the invoices I generate for my work.
</div>

<div>At the time, they had already garnished a percentage of my salary due to the fines we received from the three convictions we received. I think it was 30% or 35%, if I remember correctly, which allowed you to survive on the rest. But as a self-employed person, they claim 100% of what you earn until you cover your debt, leaving you unable to cover any expenses: rent, supplies, school fees, clothing, or food, among many other expenses we all have. <div>All of this has happened to me because I wanted to do my part in trying to change some of the unjust laws that govern us and to face them fearlessly and with excessive exposure, risking what is most precious, along with health: Freedom.

<div>For all of this, I ask for your help to overcome this difficult time. I know these are difficult times for everyone and that everyone is experiencing their own drama and difficulties. Therefore, and without pressure, I believe we should all help each other. If not financially, then by spreading the word and reaching other people or organizations who can and that it doesn't require a great effort; everything helps.

<div>I am also open to possible jobs that may be compatible with the one I currently hold, that can be goal-oriented, with minimal time restrictions, flexibility, or remote work. I have already received some proposals, but they are for a few months from now, and my urgency is for now.

<div>Once I've overcome this difficult situation, I will continue to balance work, so I can support my family, or what's left of it, with social activity and activism motivated by a transformation toward a more just, free, supportive, and peaceful system. There are many projects in the works, and we'll soon also explain the current situation of the Món Real socio-cultural space, which we are trying to revive and rebuild in a more sustainable and enriching way, for the well-being of both individuals and the community.
