AYÚDAME A RECUPERARME
Hola, mi nombre es Arturo Guillén y muchos me conocen como Artus, tengo 19 años.
Soy bachiller y deseo estudiar comunicación social, mención audiovisual. Tengo un canal en youtube y mi pasión es el mar y nadar.
Nací el 18 de septiembre, con una condición en la columna vertebral llamada ¨Espina Bífida con Mielomeningocele¨ a nivel L3-L4-L5 y sacro, con poca movilidad y sensibilidad en mi miembros inferiores, presento vejiga neurogénica lo que me genera regularmente infecciones urinarias, por lo que tengo que cateterizarme para no dañar mis riñones, así en un futuro no tener que dializarme.
En este momento presento dos escaras muy profundas en mis glúteos y una tercera en etapa de crecimiento por sedentarismo en mi silla de ruedas, la cual está ya muy desgastada y deforme. Todos los días, realizo movimientos para darle movilidad y oxigenación a mi piel, la circulación de mis miembros inferiores no es muy fluida, por lo que la recuperación es muy lenta, lo que puede llevarme a otras consecuencias. Deben realizarme curas a diario, en las cuales requiero muchos insumos y materiales médicos, como gasas, jabón neutro, entre otros. Además, necesito antibióticos por 8 semanas, el hecho de presentar precios muy elevados, la escasez hace que conseguirlos sea extremadamente difícil. El seguro ya no cubre los gastos médicos que amerito y yo, junto a mis padres, estamos muy preocupados por la difícil situación que estamos viviendo.
Soy un joven que posee muchas fortalezas, y que a pesar de mis limitaciones, siempre mi meta es seguir hacia adelante sin que nadie me detenga. Mis padres y familiares han hecho hasta lo imposible por no preocuparme por la situación económica, pero el sol no se puede tapar con un dedo, y esto es una realidad.
Tengo la convicción y la esperanza de que en manos de todos los que me puedan ayudar, pueda lograr recuperarme y sanarme, en el nombre de nuestro Dios.

HELP ME TO RECOVER MYSELF
Hello, my name is Arturo Guillén also known as Artus, I am 19 years old.
I have already high school diploma and I want to be a Bachelor in Science Communication. I have a channel on YouTube and my passion is the sea and swimming.
I was born on September 18th, with a condition in the column called "Spina Bifida with Myelomeningocele" at level L3-L4-L5 and sacrum, with no mobility and sensitivity in my lower limbs, I have a neurogenic bladder which regularly generates urinary tract infections, so I have to catheterize myself so as not to damage my kidneys, so in the future I don´t have to dialyze myself.
At this time I have two very deep eschars in my buttocks and a third in the growth stage due to a sedentary lifestyle in my wheelchair, which is already very worn and deformed. Every day, I make movements to give mobility and oxygenation to my skin, the circulation of my lower limbs is not very fluid, so the recovery is very slow, which can lead to other consequences. My mom and dad must perform cures to me daily, in which I require many supplies and medical materials, like gauzes, neutral soap, among others. In addition, I need antibiotics for 8 weeks, the fact of having very high prices, the shortage makes it extremely difficult to obtain them. The insurance no longer covers the medical expenses that I need and my parents and I, are very worried about the difficult situation that we are living.
I am a young man who has many strengths, and despite my limitations, my goal is always to move forward without anyone stopping me. My parents and relatives have done everything possible not to worry about the economic situation, but the situation in my country is very difficult.
I have the conviction and the hope that in the hands of all those who can help me, I can recover and heal myself, in the name of our God.
