I. Antecedentes y Diagnóstico Inicial

En febrero de 2024, sufrí un infarto agudo de miocardio. Luego de realizar un cateterismo diagnóstico arrojó el siguiente resultado:

*Diagnóstico* Enfermedad Arterial Coronaria (EAC) de un solo vaso.

Lesión Crítica: Obstrucción en la Arteria Coronaria Descendente Anterior (ADA).

Procedimiento Indicado: Intervención Coronaria Percutánea (ICP), con la urgente implantación de un stent medicado en la ADA.

⏱️ II. A pesar de la indicación urgente, la ICP no se pudo realizar por no

poseer los recursos económicos para costear el procedimiento en un centro privado.

Ya que el equipo de cateterismo del centro de salud público se averió, impidiendo la realización del mismo. El equipo aún no ha sido reparado.

III. Empeoramiento

y Estado Actual (Último Evento)

Mi estado de salud

se deterioró gravemente al sufrir un nuevo evento cardíaco. Actualmente me encuentro internada en el hospital.

El equipo médico ha confirmado que mi estado de salud ha empeorado debido al retraso en el tratamiento.

Los especialistas han reiterado la necesidad inmediata de un Cateterismo Terapéutico (ICP) para restablecer el flujo sanguíneo, evitar daños mayores y salvar mi vida.

Es por ello que necesito realizarme la Intervención Coronaria con implantación de stent de manera inmediata. Apelo a cualquier tipo de apoyo o gestión que permita mi traslado o la realización de este procedimiento vital para recuperar mi salud, tu contribución, por pequeña que sea, logrará acercarme a tener una mejor calidad de vida.

I. Background and Initial Diagnosis

In February 2024, I suffered an acute myocardial infarction (heart attack). After undergoing a diagnostic catheterization, the results showed:

Diagnosis: Single-vessel Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)

Critical Lesion: Obstruction in the Left Anterior Descending (LAD) Coronary Artery

Recommended Procedure: Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) with the urgent implantation of a drug-eluting stent in the LAD.

⏱️ II. Delay in Treatment

Despite the urgent recommendation, the PCI could not be performed because I was unable to afford the procedure at a private medical center.

Additionally, the catheterization equipment at the public hospital broke down and has not yet been repaired, making it impossible to proceed with the treatment there.

III. Health Deterioration & Current Condition (Most Recent Event)

My health has worsened significantly after suffering a second cardiac event. I am currently hospitalized.

The medical team has confirmed that my condition deteriorated due to the delay in receiving the necessary treatment.

Specialists have again emphasized the immediate need for a therapeutic catheterization (PCI) to restore blood flow, prevent further damage, and save my life.

For this reason, I urgently need to undergo the coronary intervention with stent implantation. I am asking for any type of support or assistance that can help make the procedure possible or allow my transfer to a center where it can be performed.
