Hello, my name is Gabriel. I’m 27, and I’m living with rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis, chronic pain, and severe intestinal disease.
For a time, Xeljanz helped control my pain and inflammation, but it has unfortunately stopped working. My doctors have explained that if no new treatment option is found, I may need surgery to remove part or all of my intestine—a life-changing outcome.
I also live with myopia, ADHD, severe anxiety, and severe depression. Combined with constant pain and exhaustion, these conditions make it extremely hard to work or maintain a normal routine. Every day is a physical and emotional battle.
Covering the costs of medications, lab tests, imaging, medical appointments, parking, and treatments has become increasingly difficult. This campaign will help me continue my medical care, pursue new treatment options, and ease the financial burden I’m facing.
Your support—through any donation or by sharing my story—can make a real difference. It means the chance to keep fighting with hope rather than facing a surgery that would change my life forever.
Thank you for reading and for any help you can give. Your kindness means more than words can express.
