<div>In November 2025, the cancer spread to my brain. I now urgently need ENHERTU (trastuzumab deruxtecan), a treatment that offers another opportunity to control the disease, including the cancer in my brain.

<div>My current treatment has caused serious heart and lung complications. I was recently hospitalized, and doctors removed 2,100 mL of fluid from around my left lung because I was struggling to breathe and felt like I was suffocating.

<div>Unfortunately, ENHERTU is not covered by the healthcare system in my country. I need 6 doses, given every 21 days, costing approximately $13,300 each — about $79,800 in total.
