Reunir los $5,000 urgentes.

Asegurar la compra del apartamento (resto financiado en 9 meses).

Si es posible, cubrir terapias médicas y procedimientos quirúrgicos pendientes para Arianna.

¿Cómo se usarán los fondos?

Los fondos recaudados serán utilizados de forma 100% transparente para resolver una emergencia familiar crítica.

Actualmente viven en un apartamento alquilado en un tercer piso, sin ascensor, lo cual es especialmente difícil para mi hermana Arianna, de 20 años, quien tiene discapacidad motora y mental y depende de una silla de ruedas.

La prioridad es:

Pagar los $5,000 iniciales requeridos para comprar el apartamento donde viven actualmente (que se está vendiendo).

O, si surge una opción más accesible y adecuada (planta baja, ascensor, mejor acceso a servicios básicos como agua), comprar otro apartamento con esos fondos.

Terapias, tratamientos y cuidados médicos para Arianna (meta: $3,000 – $5,000 USD)

Arianna necesita terapias físicas, ocupacionales y médicas constantes. Además, hay procedimientos quirúrgicos que han sido pospuestos por falta de recursos y por la dificultad de acceso a especialistas en Venezuela.

Costos legales y logísticos asociados a la compra (notaría, mudanza, documentación).

Help My Family Keep Their Home – Urgent Situation in Venezuela

Hi, my name is Dave Ruthwell. I'm a DJ and music producer, but today I’m writing not as an artist, but as a son, a brother, and a human being in need of urgent help for his family.

My parents live with my younger sister Ariadne (10 years old) and my older sister Arianna (20 years old), who has a mental disability and hip dysplasia. Sadly, they are about to lose the apartment they’ve been living in.

The owner has decided to sell the property and has given them a maximum of three months to either vacate or come up with a $5,000 USD down payment towards the $15,000 USD total asking price. Otherwise, they will be left without a home.

Arianna requires ongoing therapy, medical care, and a stable environment. Losing their home would have devastating consequences for her health and well-being.

Both of my parents work tirelessly to support the family — my mom cooks and sells food from home, and my dad works every day. I’m also doing everything I can as an independent artist to help. But even with all our efforts combined, we simply can’t raise that amount in such a short time.

That’s why I’ve created this campaign with a goal of $20,000 USD, to:

Secure the urgent $5,000 down payment.

Cover the full purchase of the apartment (rest financed over 9 months).

If possible, fund Arianna’s medical therapies and overdue surgical treatments.

How will the funds be used?

They currently live in a rented apartment on the third floor without an elevator, which is extremely difficult for Arianna, who depends on a wheelchair due to her physical and mental condition.

The priority is to:

Pay the $5,000 down payment to purchase the apartment they currently live in (which is being sold),

Or, if a better-suited alternative becomes available (ground floor, elevator, access to water and basic services), we will use the funds to buy a more accessible and appropriate home for Arianna’s needs.

Medical Care and Therapies for Arianna – Goal: $3,000–$5,000 USD

Arianna requires constant physical, occupational, and medical therapy. Several needed surgeries have already been postponed due to financial hardship and the shortage of specialized doctors in Venezuela.

Legal and Logistical Expenses

Including notary fees, moving costs, and required documentation for the purchase.
