<div>Hi, I’m Carolina and I want to share the story of my husband Jaime, 35 years old. On May 23rd, our lives changed drastically—Jaime suffered seizures and lost consciousness. Hours later, at the hospital, we received a devastating diagnosis: he had a malignant brain tumor.

<div>Two days later, he underwent emergency surgery. The biopsy confirmed it was grade 3 brain cancer. Since then, he has started intensive treatment: daily oral chemotherapy and radiation therapy from Monday to Friday.

<div>Today, Jaime is unable to work, study, drive, or be alone due to the risk of further seizures and the intensity of his current treatment. He was the main provider for our home, and although we have health insurance, many expenses are not fully covered—medications, tests, special nutrition, and our basic needs as a family.

<div>That’s why we’ve created this campaign. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to help ease this financial burden and allow us to focus on what truly matters: his recovery.

Él era el principal sustento de nuestro hogar, y aunque tenemos seguro médico, hay muchos gastos que no están cubiertos: medicamentos, exámenes alimentación especial, y nuestras necesidades básicas como familia.
