Nuestra amada hija Hani fue diagnosticada hace 8 años de Hepatitis Autoinmune, lo que ha deteriorado las funciones de su hígado y a la vez no le permite a optar por un transplante, por esa razón, presenta problemas de crecimiento, y afecciones diversas partes del cuerpo, y condiciones degenerativas e autoinmunes que se concentran en estos momentos en sus extremidades inferiores (femur, rodillas, tobillos, etc), provocándole fuertes dolores, entumecimiento y limitación funcional que desmejora su calidad de vida.
En este momento existen medicamentos que disminuyen los síntomas y le ayuda a mejorar sus movimientos, y también requiere constantes exámenes y evaluaciones para buscar mejoras parciales o totales.
Tanto los medicamentos como los exámenes y tratamientos son de alto costo y por ser una condición tan atípica, los seguros no cubren esta necesidad.
