Our nanny’s (Gilda) oldest son died from a sudden cardiac arrest on Sunday, September 11, 2022. Yovani Jacome Velasquez was a 21-year-old computer science student working in the construction industry. He helped take care of his youngest two brothers (Melvin and Angel) and financially supported the household.

Gilda has been the nanny of our son and daughter, Gabriel and Luana, for the past six months and since then, she has become an integral part of our family. She is a hard worker, responsible, reliable, and loving person and most importantly, she treats our kids as if they were her own.

Gilda is a single mom and is currently facing unexpected funeral costs due to her son’s sudden and unexpected passing.

I am asking for donations to help cover the cost of Yovani Jacome Velasquez's funeral so Gilda can devote her attention to her younger kids who need it during these times. Any amount you can contribute will be greatly appreciated.

El hijo mayor de nuestra niñera (Gilda) falleció el domingo 11 de Septiembre de 2022, de un paro cardíaco repentino. Yovani Jácome Velásquez era un joven de 21 años, estudiante de informática a medio tiempo y trabajador de construcción. El ayudaba a su madre a cuidar de sus dos hermanos menores (Melvin y Ángel), además de apoyar económicamente con gastos del hogar.

Gilda ha sido la niñera de Gabriel y Luana durante los últimos seis meses y desde entonces se ha convertido en parte de nuestra familia. Es una persona trabajadora, responsible, confiable y amorosa y, lo más importante, es que trata a nuestros hijos como si fueran los suyos.

Gilda es madre soltera y actualmente enfrenta un gasto funerario inesperado debido al fallecimiento repentino de su hijo.

Por esta razon, estamos solicitando donaciones para ayudar a Gilda a cubrir el costo del funeral de Yovani Jacome Velásquez, y para que pueda dedicar su atención a sus hijos mas pequeños que tanto lo necesitan en este momento. Cualquier cantidad sera de gran ayuda.
