<div>Mi hermana Grace Elizabeth Moran de Leon falleció camino a casa de mis padres para celebrar la Navidad de 2023, en un trágico accidente cuando estaba junto con su pareja en la carretera Portezuelo-Palmillas, entrando a San Juan del Rio. Ellos estaban reparando una llanta cuando de forma inesperada, un conductor alcoholizado embistió a mi hermana y a su pareja, arrebatándoles así la vida en aquel lugar.

<div>Este golpe tan duro deja a nuestra familia sin ellos, pero además enfrentamos una situación muy difícil tanto emocional como económicamente. La fiscalía de San Juan del Río ha estado retrasando el juicio y ha realizado una investigación muy deficiente, aumentando así nuestros gastos legales, de traslado y representación jurídica, ya que hemos tenido que ir y venir varias veces para dar seguimiento al procedimiento.

<div>Lamentablemente, la situación se vuelve insostenible, pues además de lidiar con el dolor de perder a Grace, dejo a un hijo sin su madre, tenemos que buscar justicia en un procedimiento complejo y costoso. Por eso, solicitamos de todo aquel que pueda ayudarnos, con lo que sea, una contribución para cubrir los gastos legales, de transporte y seguimiento jurídico en el juicio de nuestra querida Grace.
