Ayuda para costear gastos

Hi everyone, time sometimes is hard, that’s how I feel now. Let me tell you about it.
My family and I we went since January back and forward to the hospital with my Father , this is not new he’s sick since 2012 but things getting worse now he has Heart failures, which everything is complicated, that means days in the hospital, special food, appointments etc.... my Mom is not well to do all this , so my Parents lives with me , I’m feel responsible for both and trust me I’m trying hard to provide everything I can , but is hard for me also, I miss work days taking care both to doctors appointments....
I have my sister who is helping me , but she’s also busy with 3 kids so is not a lot she can do .
My Dad is not going to be able to work, he really needs to stay relax and concentrate in his health.
Im not asking for millions just to help me to go through end of the
Month and be able to pay bills and provide a safety place , food and anything he may need.
Please if you can help I will appreciate.
