<div>Hello, my name is Blanca Palencia. I live in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. I'll tell you a little about myself; I've been a singer for several years, and together with my partner, who recently passed away in a home accident, we had our own project, a musical group called SuperNova. It was our main source of income, but it collapsed after his death, leaving me financially unstable. Like many people in our country, we didn't have any kind of insurance or pension. For some time now, I've developed several uterine fibroids, as well as cysts and swollen veins in my uterus. Every period I have very painful complications in my uterus that have caused severe chronic anemia due to bleeding or hemorrhaging, requiring urgent intravenous iron injections or transfusions. The fibroids have grown considerably, and the heavy bleeding and weakness make it impossible for me to hold down a regular job. I've been hospitalized several times for treatment to manage the symptoms while I save up for a hysterectomy. I don't yet have health insurance. My partner was my only real and unconditional support, and with his passing, my health deteriorated drastically, accompanied by severe grief and depression. My already compromised health plummeted, along with my savings, as my life came to a standstill. However, expenses haven't increased; on the contrary, my doctor's appointments and medications have been rising. Furthermore, I'm now solely responsible for all our beloved pets, without my life partner. Due to severe depression, I began experiencing things I'd never experienced before: anxiety and panic attacks. I had to be treated and/or medicated for them, which led to other complications such as hypertension and heart problems. I was also hospitalized for a pre-heart attack, and the day I received the news of her passing, I nearly had a stroke from the shock and denial. That same day, I was taken to an emergency clinic to be stabilized. It has been a very difficult year for me and my pets, with the pain of grief, the illness, and the burden of medical and basic expenses. A hysterectomy is now urgent given my current health condition because there are days when the bleeding prevents me from functioning normally. I need it so I can return to work and, above all, heal from this depression that is suffocating me and move forward with my life.

<div>I've also been rescuing stray kittens for the past six years, doing this noble work with my partner. We would rehabilitate them, get them spayed/neutered, and then place them in loving, responsible homes. Due to my health, I've only been able to help a few kittens this year.

<div>I am incredibly grateful for any help you can offer through this platform. Thank you so much; you can't imagine how much I need someone to lend a hand. I am eternally grateful from the bottom of my heart.

<div>I wish god and Universe bless us all...
