<div>Mi nombre es Tatiana Feliciano Montes, hoy recurro a ustedes, con el corazón en la mano para pedir ayuda, por mi hijo Yaxiel Martinez Feliciano de apenas 16, padece de enfermedad renal terminal. Ninguno de sus riñones funciona y depende de diálisis tres veces por semana, para mantenerse con vida. A su corta edad ya ha enfrentado más dolor y limitaciones de las que un joven debería vivir. Su unica esperanza para recuperar su salud y tener un futuro normal es un trasplante de riñón. El proceso es largo y muy costoso, aunque el seguro médico ayuda una parte, aun enfrentamos gastos grandes que incluyen:

<div>My name is Tatiana Feliciano Montes and today I am reaching out with all my heart to ask for help for my son Yaxiel Martinez Feliciano who is only 16 years old. he suffers from end stage kidney have completely failed, and he now depends on dialysis three times a week just to stay alive. At such a young age, he has already endured more pain and limitations than any teenager should ever have to face. His only hope for healthy and normal life is a kidney transplant.
