<div>Mi nombre es Sebastián Peschko, y a mis 57 años me han diagnosticado melanoma maligno metastásico. Este diagnóstico ha sido un evento desafiante y que ha cambiado mi vida, pero estoy decidido a luchar con todo lo que tengo, y para eso necesito tu ayuda.

<div>Actualmente estoy recibiendo un tratamiento de inmunoterapia crucial que involucra Nivolumab e Ipilimumab, el cual ha demostrado ser efectivo para tratar el melanoma. Este tratamiento tiene un costo significativo. La primera fase de mi tratamiento consiste en cuatro dosis iniciales, administradas cada 21 días. Cada dosis tiene un costo de 468,613.76 pesos mexicanos (aproximadamente $25,000 USD por tratamiento), lo que representa una carga financiera abrumadora.

Después de estas dosis iniciales, la dosificación y la medicación cambiarán a medida que avance el tratamiento, pero continuará involucrando Nivolumab, y los costos seguirán siendo altos.
