<div>Hola, somos Karla e Irving los papás de Matteo, nuestro hijo es un hermoso milagro porque a pesar de que sufrió una gran negligencia médica por el cual le reventaron su estómago, le rompieron dos costillas y no recibió el oxígeno suficiente al nacer resistió una operación de 6 horas y media donde le realizaron una Gastrectomia total, le cortaron 15 cm de intestino y acabaron uniendo su esófago con el yeyuno esto solo a los 3 días de haber nacido.

<div>Matteo luchó contra todo pronóstico, desde no pasar esa noche, posibles daños cerebrales y un sin fin de diagnósticos que se podían presentar porque no tenían algún registro de un caso similar al de Matteo.

<div>Nos cruzamos con Doctores y Doctoras que fueron sus ángeles y lo cuidaron como si fuera su propio bebé, ellos se dieron a la tarea de investigar cómo iba a ser su alimentación ya que no sabían si él iba a poder procesar y absorber los nutrientes necesarios para su crecimiento.

<div>Los doctores nos comentaron que al no tener estómago su proceso de digestión será diferente y necesitaría vitaminas o suplementos para prevenir la desnutrición ya que su cuerpo no puede absorber nutrientes claves.

<div>Después de 75 días en el hospital ocurrió el milagro de irnos a casa! Solo que nos acompañó una larga lista de Vitaminas, medicamentos y suplementos los cuales deberá de tomar de por vida. Aquí es donde necesitamos de su ayuda para cuidar a Matteo ya que a al mes regreso al hopistal por una bronquiolitis después de eso a los 6 meses se constipó y le realizaron 2 edemas después a los 3 meses presentó un ataque epiléptico y esto provocó que aumentaran sus vitaminas y medicamentos diarios a las lista que ya tenía los cuales son:

<div>Hemos hecho todo lo posible para cubrir todos los gastos que Matteo necesita diariamente, los fondos se utilizarían para comprar las vitaminas, medicamentos y suplementos que él necesita así como terapias de lenguaje, rehabilitaciónes y la dieta específica que tiene para ganar peso ya que a sus casi 3 años pesa solo 11.2 kilogramos.

<div>Hello, we are Karla and Irving, Matteo's parents. Our son is a beautiful miracle because even though he suffered a major medical neglect, which caused due his stomach to burst, two broken ribs, and to not receive enough oxygen at birth. Matteo resisted a 6 and a half hour operation where they performed a total Gastrectomy. They cut 15 cm of intestine and ended up joining his esophagus with the jejunum, all within 3 days of being born.

<div>Matteo fought against all odds, from not knowing if he would survive that night, possible brain damage and an endless list of diagnoses of what could happen since they did not have any similar cases to Matteo's.

<div>We crossed paths with Doctors who were his angels and took care of him as if he were their own baby, and they took on the task of investigating how his diet would be going forward since they did not know if he would be able to process and absorb the nutrients necessary for his growth.

<div>The doctors told us that since Matteo does not have a stomach, his digestion process will be different and he would need vitamins and supplements to prevent malnutrition because his body cannot absorb key nutrients.

<div>After 75 days in the hospital, the miracle of going home finally happened, but we were accompanied by an overwhelming list of vitamins, medicines and supplements that he needs to take for the rest of his life. Unfortunately, we were met with setback after setback: a month after his release, he returned to the hospital for bronchiolitis. At 3 months Matteo suffered an epileptic attack, and then 6 months later he formed 2 edemas from constipation. Unfortunately, these trials have only increased the surmounting daily medications that Matteo was already on.
