Iguier Díaz es un hombre activo, sano, bromista y con un inquebrantable amor por su país. Un país que ahora se ve tremendamente afectado por una situación sanitaria propia de una película de terror: con una sanidad pública sin insumos, sin oxígeno, sin medicamentos y una medicina privada saturada para los más favorecidos.
Iguier, a pesar de haber tomado todas las precauciones, se ha contagiado de COVID19. Lleva 12 días con síntomas que iba poco a poco sorteando pero ahora necesita oxígeno (elemento escaso que solo se consigue en un mercado de traficantes y especuladores), antibióticos, anticoagulante y ser atendido por profesionales ¡ya!
Por supuesto el gobierno no ofrece soluciones y en el sector privado la tarifa mínima diaria para ser hospitalizado ronda los US$2000. En una situación crítica como la suya, se estima que necesitará estar ingresado al menos dos semanas.
