<div>Ante la reciente imputación de dos docentes del IES ITACA  de Zaragoza por el fallecimiento de un alumno en un viaje del programa Erasmus a Bélgica en el año 2022, se ha puesto en evidencia la falta de respaldo jurídico por parte de la administración educativa y la falta de garantías legales de nuestra profesión.

<div>Los docentes se ven obligados a afrontar los gastos derivados de un costoso proceso judicial fruto del ejercicio de sus funciones.
