Ayu Ratih Shinta Tragedy

On Monday January 15, 2018 a horrific tragedy took place in New Orleans. Ayu Ratih Shinta (also called Ratih) was accompanied by a friend who were both traveling to another location within the city. Ratih was seated on the passenger side of the vehicle when an unexpected car rear-ended theirs at a complete stoplight. Henceforth, the force of the crash automatically propelled their car into a moving lane of other vehicles, which unfortunately, crashed directly toward Ratih’s passenger side. Ratih was later pronounced deceased.
Ayu Ratih Shinta was a beautiful soul who recently completed a career internship here in the United States. Ratih was a hard-worker, and always looking to help her family, close friends, and colleagues. She will be greatly missed but her family requires a great deal of support.
Part of this includes sending Ratih home. As a Balinese tradition, ones family must be able to mourn properly over their family member, and in this case ones child.
Please find it in yourself to donate to this families need. It is with your donation that we can safely send Ratih home for a proper Hindus’ Balinese ceremony.

Ayu Ratih Shinta was one of my co-workers who just completed her internship at my workplace. I am the F&B Coordinator.
How the funds will be used (be specific as possible)?
The funds are strictly for her family and in responsible hands.
If you intend to withdraw the money, how you plan to send the funds to the parties you're raising money for or use the money on their behalf
The money will be handled by Jose Barboza (her old boss) and he is in constant communication with the family. 100% of funds will be given to Ratih's family.
