My name is Frances Flaherty and I am reaching out to everyone on behalf of my sister Diane Gentile Quine who just lost her husband. He passed away from Septic Shock and Cardiac arrest due to complications from an Infection.
Diane and John just like many Americans did not have health Insurance. After 9 Days in ICU the medical bills are insurmountable.
