<div>Ayden is a bright, funny, and creative three-year-old who brings so much joy to our family. He loves everything Disney, is a huge Paw Patrol fan, and cherishes every moment spent with his seven-year-old brother, who also lives with the same rare condition. Ayden especially enjoys coloring and coming up with jokes to make everyone laugh. Our family has been navigating the challenges of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT), and recently, Ayden was diagnosed with a brain arteriovenous malformation (AVM). This means he will need three brain surgeries at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to remove the AVMs and give him the best chance at a healthy future.

<div> The road ahead is overwhelming. Ayden’s first surgery is scheduled for October 2, 2025, with the second expected in 6-9 months, and a third before he reaches puberty or when it’s safe to proceed. Each procedure requires us to travel to Philadelphia, stay nearby for extended periods, and take significant time off work. The costs of travel, accommodations, and lost income add up quickly, all while we focus on supporting Ayden through his treatment and recovery.
