Help Publish my children's book

Five years ago I was reading to my goddaughter and I suddenly had a revelation, out of the many books she owned almost none of them starred young black girls. The books that did have black characters I had to order over seas. I decided that I was going to write a children's book that not only reflected her but also, encouraged her to broaden her horizon and dream big. In the last couple of years I have seen a lot more of black British children’s book, which I am happy about, Aya’s World, is one of them.

This book is not only fun and educational; it promotes adventure as well as Geography, and also encourages children to dream big. This will be a great book for children to explore and learn about different countries.

If you donate to this project all proceeds will go towards the book in terms of printing, promotion and a website The book is completed with beautiful illustrations by an amazing artist and words by yours truly.

I have spent my own money in creating the book now all I need is your help to bring this book to light.

Self-publishing is a laborious and expensive business especially picture books. Your support will allow this book to be in circulation
