Bad things do happen to good people

This is my sweet cousin Ron, he has a heart of gold and is always helping others out and being on disability he's limited to what he can do but is always volunteering his time to different organizations. He had a scooter as his only transportation and it was locked up in the underground of his apartment and some ignorant  person cut the chain and stole it . My heart truly breaks because he's such a kind and gentle soul. He needs this desperately !, he has a bad heart and other medical ailments . It's bad enough theses days with all the limits because of Covid 19 but for this to happen on top of it all, is truly sad. I know he would be so greatful to be able to get around again.
