My husband's medical bills

My husband was in a horable motor vehicle accident on labor day this year. Here in Klamath falls Or. He was takin to a hospital in Bend Or. where he had a few surgeries and from there to  Portland Or. for his back fusion surgery. He was in the ICU for a few days and now he is awake and getting better but still has a long recovery and will start his physical therapy in a few weeks and we have drained our savings account traveling back and forth to Bend and Portland to be there with him and back home  to Klamath falls. Due to Financial reasons our 3 son's had to come back to Klamath falls and go back to work to help with all the expenses of travel and medical bills we are left with. And to top this whole nightmare off. Is the vehicle who hit my husband was being driven by the owners friend. So the owner Helga Benette is claiming her vehicle was stolen right before the accident happened. So her insurance company isn't responsible. Please pray for my family and thanks for your time.
