Jordan's Pre-Sweet 16!!!

I am trying to get some help with taking Jordan to Europe for her 16th birthday. We are planning to go during the summer of 2015.
My goal is to show Jordan how much of the world is out there. It will be a fun and cultural trip. We are planning on setting up post in Belgium, due to it's central location, and travel by train or by car (Lord help me with driving on the opposite side of everything hehehe) and seeing as much as we can in 2 weeks.
We would love to take in some theater, circus and a bit of Futbol while we are there. As well as museums, ancient architecture (she expressed a want to see things built of stone, real stone, and places that have been around more then a few hundred years) and the beautiful scenery. France, Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, and perhaps a bit of Italy are our goals as of now.
She and I are learning new languages in preparation for our trip. I am learning Dutch and she is learning French. I'm sure we'll work together so really we'll be learning both.
But as we all know traveling can be very expensive. We are pooling all of our funds earned from Theater Work, Refereeing (Jordan is now a certified ref for soccer), Holiday/Birthday money, and every bit of "extra" money we can save.
Any and all help will be truly appreciated. I want to show my girl the time of her life while fulfilling a dream we share of seeing the world, learning about new cultures, and seeing places where our ancestors are from. Anyone can have a huge "Sweet 16" party but we both think this will prove to be a much more meaningful and fulfilling experience.
