Never in a million years did we think our lives would change so drastically... Raul was diagnosed with Medullary Thyroid Cancer Stage 4 just a couple of months after we made our move to Chile. This has been an unexpected and tough turn for our family.

The medical bills are rising. Raul’s medications and hospital bills have been exhausting and we have already used up all of our emergency funds. Raul only has a public health insurance that has us paying most of the bills. In addition, our out of pocket cost for monthly medications is $300.
