THE FIND is producing a multi-episode series that will frame this tragic story through the eyes of Chelsea's mother, Rose Cobo. We’ll follow her unrelenting commitment to unlock the many secrets of her daughter’s disappearance. Rose is tenacious in her pursuit of leads and ensuring law enforcement doesn’t abandon the case. But she also learns that real life is not like the movies or television.
What will distinguish THE FIND from other true-crime podcasts is that we focus not only on the intricacies of the case itself, but also on the emotional impact a missing person case leaves on their loved ones. Because Chelsea's case has never made it to the major headlines, it could be easily forgotten. THE FIND will make sure that doesn't happen (our core mission is to facilitate the recovery of missing persons through social media by producing the most captivating content).
Our key group of Emmy award winning producers and editors are working diligently to document Chelsea’s saga and are committed to producing at least five episodes.
All money raised will go towards producing a podcast docu-series which chronicles Chelsea’s disappearance. In addition to principal production costs your donations will help pay for the following:
