Shaving our hair for BREAST CANCER
Me (Chloe) and my 11year old sister Izzy are going to be shaving our hair off to raise money for breast cancer UK and donating our hair to the little princess truste for wigs for children with childhood cancers. Chloe’s step mum is currently starting her journey fighting breast cancer. Mum of 4 + 2 stepdaughters Rachel starts chemotherapy on the 28th Oct. Chloe is trying to raise awareness of breast cancer and how important it is to check your breasts. Chloes nanna June also fought breast cancer. Izzy (11) is doing it in memory of her nanny sue who also fought breast cancer 10years ago but sadly passed away at the age of just 57 when izzy was just 1. I think we probably all know somebody affected by cancer at some point.
Below is a link explaining how to correctly check for and lumps and bumps which may need checking

It is so important that you check your breast’s regularly so that you can notice if there is any changes.
