Save Our Van!

Hello! We are The Hawthorne Roots, an emerging roots rock n' roll band out of Bozeman, Montana. We have been working incredibly hard the last four years to bring our music all over the northwest United States. We've been on tour year round, from climbing mountain passes in the middle of winter to driving through triple digits in the  heat of summer.  We have put in many miles to bring our music to new people and we have many miles to go. The band's award winning original material is continuing to gain momentum and we need to stay on the road! 
The band has been fortunate enough to drive from gig to gig in our van, the lovely Miss Loretta. Our van up to this point has been 100% dependable and today she does more than just carry the musicians, she also tows our awesome trailer...James Trailer. Our band has been working so hard to build a following and take our music far and wide. A van is an essential piece to our life and success as a band. 
Just a few weeks ago on our way to a show in Missoula Montana, Loretta started smoking! Turns out her transmission wasn’t doing so hot...well...it actually ended up being too hot! But here’s the thing - other than this one misadventure, Loretta is a super duper van and with only 80,000 miles on her... Lo-lo (along with her companion James Trailer) has transported us all over the northwest- to seven states, at least 100 shows, and countless adventures in the last year. We can all agree she’s got many tours ahead of her. She may not be flashy, but she’s extremely dependable on the road. Plus it’s what’s on the inside that counts, right? ;)
Our mechanical costs more than depleted our savings and we find ourselves on the road and in the hole! Literally ANYTHING you can give helps this band keep moving.
