A New Knee For Dave

Hello! I'm Dave Harrison, and I need a replacement/realignment surgery performed on my right knee. I am within two months of age 55, and I originally tore the cartilage there over 40 years ago. My orthopedist first recommended this procedure to me over 10 years ago, and it's been longer than that, since I ran, at all, or walked without a limp. I work full time, at a fairly active job (ladders, stairs) and insurance will cover most of the medical expenses, but I'll be out of work, for several weeks, rehabbing the knee in physical therapy, and have no savings to cover the lost time at work. I hope achieving my goal will cover up to 6 weeks of lost wages, as well as uncovered medical expenses, such as co pays, etc. I am about halfway through the rehab for a related nerve injury, that required a procedure in February. I hope to be able to schedule this surgery for late August-early September, but I can't make plans until I know I can afford to miss the time... So won't you please help me to have my knee fixed?
