My son needs Lung Transplant

Dear Friend,
My 43 year old son Joseph has been granted a Lung Transplant at UCLA He will have to relocate out of state for this operation and will be displaced for months possibly to a year.
How this started. My son has worked construction most his adult life and three years ago he woke up ill with swelling and paralysis. It took a year for a diagnosis. Several Doctors appointments later found that he has scleroderma which is an autoimmune disease, due to construction work with Silica dust. This disease has rapidly progress and is destroying his internal organs and is very painful, Primary his lungs, Heart, Nervous system and Esophagus.
He has great team of Doctors at Seattle UW that are desperately trying to save his life along with 56 pills he takes each day and Chemo Therapy every two weeks. He is supported by oxygen- He only has 25% of his lungs capacity along with other organs not functioning due to the scaring and hardening.
Let me tell you a little about my son Joe. He is 6'2 and WAS very strong and an athlete. He is the most caring individual I know. Always willing to help everyone, even now with his limitations he continues to help everyone in need.
He has a great will to live and stays positive even with all the pain - as his breathing worsen and his strength diminishes. He was set for a Stem Cell procedure also which would put disease into remission but UCLA said he would not survive the procedure his lungs are too bad.
We live Just the other side of Seattle Washington but transplants hospital here will not do the transplant due to his illness.
We are asking for any help and donations so that my son will extend his life and the quality of life. Donation will help with Medical, transportation, Housing expenses while he away healing.
Joseph famous saying " One day I will Play Hockey and Softball again." and go back to working , living without pain and struggling to breath without Oxygen.
