Avok Annex Feral TNR Cat Colony

Donation protected
The Avok Annex Feral TNR Cat Colony is the 2nd phase of the Capozza Cat Colony of Dr. Phillips, which was started in 2014.  In August of 2017, Chris Capozza relocated and had to leave the feral cats behind, many of whom had become "outdoor" cats, dependant on regular, daily feedings.   Luckily, Dr. Angela Avok, the Medical Director of Bay Hill Cat Hospital and Sand Lake Hills resident, who has been an active friend and advocate to the colony since 2015, has taken up the lead in continuing the TNR efforts of the feral cat community located in the Sand Lake Hills development of Dr. Phillips in Orlando, Florida.

Since 2014, we have tended to over 70 wild cats and kittens.  To date, over 20 kittens have found furrever homes and over 50 adults have been trapped-neutered-returned (TNR) to the community.  These cats have been rabies-vaccinated, ear-tipped and have been continued to be cared for by Dr. Avok and friends.  We thank everyone who has contributed money and resources over the years to help us tend to these beautiful animals.
