Hi everyone welcome to Jacks Appeal. Jack is 2 years old and spends most of his childhood at Great North Childrens Hospital RVI. Jack has no current diagnosis. Doctors are treating him as an ulcerative colitis, possible chrohns but is rare for his age group. More research/ specialists from across the world are being contacted to see if they have any suggestions with what could be wrong with jack.
In the mean time jack is recieving treatment for colitis, but nothing as of yet is giving him the relief he needs. Giving a small donation would truely make the difference to jacks life, donations would be spread for the following Chrohns charity, more research on medicine and possible treatments for jack to have the diagnoses he needs and deserves. Day to day struggles for jacks mother Melanie who spends all of her time comforting jack at home and Newcastle RVI and to also not to have money worries as the time spent in hospital is very costly. All donations recieved would be highly appreciated and a hope that we can have jack on a road to recovery and a diagnoses. Thankyou.
