Avion Camp Sr.

On October 7thth, 2019, Heaven gained another angel….

 

Avion Camp was a man of God loved by many. A man who genuinely would go out of his way to help anyone in need. He had an infectious smile that filled the room as soon as the door opened, guaranteed to jump-start any crowd of people he encountered. Generous, impartial, passionate, courageous, dependable, amiable; there aren’t enough words to describe how many lives he has positively affected. He fought his own battles and would try to take on any and every obstacle anyone close to him would encounter. He had an “ I got it” type of attitude.

​Avion was a victim of senseless gun violence, gunned down in front of his home early on October 6th in Louisville, KY. He is survived by his fiancé (Kristie Whetstone) and two kids (Avion Camp Jr. and Tyler Avion Camp).

​Please assist myself, the Camp and Galbreath family, and his closest friends and family in prayer and love in our time of need. Funeral donations are needed to help give our brother an acceptable homegoing celebration. All donations will be forwarded to funeral expenses and his family as they will need any help they can get.

​Another good man gone too soon…another kid left without a father…another family left with grief…another victim of senseless acts of violence in our community! We Love you Forever AC!
