August 14, 2017 heaven gained another angel. Avery Devell Mitchell was one of a kind. Willing to do anything to make this world a better place. From helping random people to giving advice to one of his best friends. No matter what the case was he always brightened up the room with his sense of humor and smart remarks.
Over the past few years I have become very close with Avery(considering he lived across the street). Spending time watching sports, talking about life, and planning our next adventures. Through it all though one thing was clear. This man was special.
Avery had recently moved to North Carolina to begin the next journey in his life, where he hoped to enlighten students about our society as it is today. He couldnt have been more happy with the situation that he was in. With that in mind I ask that you all do your part to make this world a better place just as Avery always hoped for.
I am starting this Go Fund because I know that Avery touched many of our lives. Wheather it was through sports, academics, or life in general, he had an amazing impact on everyone he met. The purpose of the fund is to help his mother with expenses and other unexpected financial related matters.
