Ava’s Army Against Cancer

Hi everyone!
As you all may know, Ava has had a difficult couple of years, from battling illness and surviving two constant years of construction outside of her business which is her livelihood. Being her best friend, I thought it is now time to give this girl some much needed help; As she has done for so many of us with her kind heart and her compassion for everyone around her. Ava is a single mother of a beautiful 6 year old boy, the owner of a small locally owned business, and a true valuable member to our community.
As Ava’s best friend and employee I have witnessed first hand how hard she works to support her son, run her business (which man, it’s a lot of work) all while battling cancer. She is brave, always empathetic to others, strong, and very stubborn in the way that she NEVER asks for help.
It is now our turn to please help her.
At only 25, Ava was diagnosed with a rare form of ovarian cancer. From then it has been an ongoing uphill battle. She has endured surgery after surgery, several rounds of chemo treatments, as well as radiation while still maintaining her business, her smile, and being an amazing mother. It is now 2018 and a month ago she found a lump in her left breast. After waiting for biopsy results it unfortunately came back as invasive ductal carcinoma which is a form of breast cancer.
Now, my dear friend is fighting an ever growing battle and it’s time for me to step in. After a recent lumpectomy, I see the stress building as her medical bills increase as well as her employee wages because she is unable to work. She’s strong but she won’t ask for help. She has many months of further treatment ahead of her and I’d love help keep that ever lasting smile on her face. If you know Ava, you know she’s always smiling even if she’s had the worst day.
I know Ava is so loved by many people and if we all rally behind her I know we could all ease the stress of her financial burden. Any amount helps and I know Ava would thank you from the bottom of her heart.
