Natural Building with Women in Nicaragua

I am a natural builder and teacher and presently I am working as a volunteer in Nicaragua with Grupo Fenix (  I am working with the locals in the northern region, primarily women, teaching and practicing various natural building techniques, so that they can teach what they know, as well as newer techniques that they are learning alongside me. I am also beginning a year long delegation project with Kleiwerks International and the Women of the Americas Sustainability Initiative. ( Johndrow&x=30&y=8) As a US delegate for WASI I will continue teaching natural building with women apprentices in the US for part of the year and will be able to continue my work in Nicaragua. For WASI, it is necessary for me to provide my own airfare for the training in South America in November, as it is a newly emerging program. Because I am presently volunteering this year in Nicaragua as well, I hope to receive the financial support necessary to cover the cost of the airfare for the training. I increased my goal so that I can also return to Nicaragua and help with the new construction for a carpentry school for rural women, Las Mujeres Constructoras and support the Central American training for WASI in 2013. And I appreciate any level of support towards my effort to continue this great work! It all makes a difference! Thank you!!!!
