WALLAN VALE DAIRY UNDER THREAT!!!!
We are under threat of losing our sixth generation certified organic dairy farm, which supplies Raw Milk (Bath Milk) to 100's of families in SEQ and Northern NSW as well as many other places.
An unscrupulous family member with the help of a financial services organiser representing both parties convinced us to mortgage our farm for a special investment project they had planned, which we were also going to benefit from down the track. We were not however informed that this family member was fighting off bankruptcy at the time and sneakily used our funds to pay off some of his own debts before going bankrupt himself.
We have been going through the court this last 6 months trying to fight off the bank taking over our farm. We believe the bank has acted somewhat deceptively and aggressively in their actions showing little to no compassion for our situation. We just recently lost in court but plan to fight on to try and prevent the loss of our much loved farm and cows. Our cows are not force fed or fed grain, they eat grass only, the way nature intended and at times of low rainfall are fed organic lucerne hay.
We were informed this site may help fund our fight in court which is proving to be very expensive. We want to keep on supplying a Natural Raw product to the community and are asking for suggestions or help in any way, which would be gratefully received.
