Autistic Girls Dream to Drive

I have an autistic daughter that is 22 years of age. Ever since she was 16 she has wanted to drive a car. Unfortunately that will never happen because of her special needs. She can however drive a mobility scooter. This item I am looking at cost approx. $7000.00, with tax just over $8000.00. It is essentially a mobility scooter with a "car" shell over top. I am hoping to be able to raise enough to get her this particular scooter. If I cannot raise enough here, I will be looking at a less expensive one. My daughter truly asks for so very little in life. I would love to be able get this for her. 
Previously she had an adult tricycle that she treasured for years. Two years ago her grandpa refurbished it as it started to show some signs of aging. She was ecstatic and we couldn't bring her in off of it. It was her pride and joy. Well, last fall it fell victim to a hurricane and was not able to be repaired. She was absolutely devastated.
I want to be able to replace it, but I know she would absolutely love this in replace of it. Like I said, she treasured the trike, so I know this will be well taken care of.
She would be excited beyond words if I, we could make this dream come true. 
Please help me make this dream come true for a young lady that would  be so grateful.
