Help Build an Autistic Adult Support Circle

My name is Joe Bartmann, and I was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in March 2020 at age 42. For my birthday this year, I'm asking you to help me build a peer-to-peer support group for autistic adults like me.
When I was diagnosed I couldn't find any systems of support for autistic adults like me. I've connected with autistic people in Australia, London, and many places across the US. But not here at home. This is not a fundraiser for me, but a fundraiser to grow autism awareness and build a community of autistic adults in the Sioux Falls, South Dakota region.
Most experts figure about 2-2.5% of people are autistic. So I know there are plenty more people like me right here close to home. I'm asking you to help me find them and build a support community for each other. I won't keep any of the money for myself--it'll all go to building awareness of the effort and paying for accessible connections once we establish a community of autistic adults around Sioux Falls.
