Gavin Rose, A Canadian Cowboy with a
Big Dream

Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Gavin I am writing to you
today with help from my mom. I am a 9-year-old cowboy with a big dreams.
Through this I and going to tell you a little bit about me, my goals, dreams, accomplishments and my reason for contacting
you today.
In 2014 I was diagnosed with Autism.
Being Autistic, group sports are difficult as the understanding of space and sharing is limited, but my competitive drive is
like any other determined kid. Rodeo has become an amazing support system for my daily challenges. My goals and dreams are to become the first ever All around Junior world Finals champion and the
first Canadian Miniature Bull Riding
world champion.
Over the last 5 years of my short rodeo
career I have qualified for The Canadian Junior Roughstock finals for 3 years. I
have qualified for the International
Miniature Bull Riders Association World finals for the last 3 years finishing 18th in 2018. This year I won Crooked Horn
Canadian Junior Roughstock’s season
leader in all 3 events. Then on September 6th I won Canadian Junior Roughstock
Champion in all 3 events after getting on 10 head in 2 days. With my achievements this year I have won myself a spot in
bareback and saddlebronc at the Junior Roughstock World finals being held in
Fort Worth Texas December 2nd to 8th 2020. As well as the International
Miniature Bull Rider Association world
Finals in Mestique a Texas December 7th to 12th 2020.
Our reason for contacting you today is
we are looking to businesses to
financially sponsor me to be able to
attend these events. Sponsoring this young cowboy is not only a great way to get involved in the rodeo community it’s also an amazing form of marketing for your business. Gavin will be competing in the United States against multiple country’s, which is televised. This mean your business will have branding in front of hundreds of people and generate impressions on an international level. With that kind of exposure everyone will remember that you supported his Dream and the future of rodeo.
We are asking for donations in exchange for the following: Your logo on my apparel such as Riding shirt or event jacket, a presence on our social media outlets, your logo on my autograph cards as well as my cut out at the arena. We ask for sponsorship to help subsidize the cost of, memberships, event fees, equipment, travel and accommodations. We have a complete breakdown of cost available.
