Austin's Missions Trip to Scotland

Donation protected
Hello everyone!
As many of you know, i am currently living in the Virginia Beach area for the summer. As I have been taking classes through the summer I have also been engaging with a local church and their vision for the community to connect with Jesus in a more organic way. A big thing that the Lord has been teaching me recently is how my desire is to come along side others and share what God has done in my past and what he continues to do in the present.  When sharing, my goal is for others to see Christ for His true character and to desire for a personal relationship with him.
The religious census of Scotland tells us that about 52% of the country identifies as non-religious. Which comes to about 2.8 million people. This number is staggering and shows the need for Christians to go and share the Gospel with the love of Christ.
I am hoping to go to Edinburgh, Scotland with Big House Church from Virginia Beach. We are going, trusting God to awaken the hearts of young people by his Holy Spirit and to be a part of the Vacation Bible School. We are also hoping to help build up a church called Destiny Outreach and be involved in street evangelism.
About 2 months ago a man prophesied over me that I would be taking a trip in the future. For a while I put this on the shelf thinking it would be in the far future and left it at that. However, a couple of weeks ago another individual came to me and asked me to sincerely pray about going on a mission’s trip to Scotland. It was a big undertaking and I took a couple of days to pray about it. I thought about it and asked the Lord if this was the trip that the He was calling me to take. I spoke with my parents and a couple of reasons for not going were clearly presented. Reasons for not going were that I had yet to raise the funds with only a short amount of time, and that the trip would be close to end of my classes. After giving it some time, the Lord spoke to me in the quiet of my room and encouraged me not to be put off by the distractions of the world and instead, trust and walk forward knowing that he would provide and arrange every step of the way. I knew that I would be able to finish my classes and raise the money in time with God's help. I felt an overwhelming peace about going and knew that the reasons for going heavily outweighed the reasons for not going. I emailed the director and I still had to raise a large amount of money in a short amount of time. I am hoping to raise the right amount of funds to embark on this mission.
So this is where it leaves me:
I am sure that God has called me to go.
I wanted to reach out to my community to join me in prayer and support to get there.
God is going to do an amazing thing in the lives of those in Edinburgh through VBS and Worship and street evangelism.
I ask for you to consider supporting me in whichever way that you feel led.

My first goal is to raise $1000 by June 23.
My second Goal is to raise the remaining $1000 by July 18th

Mark 16:15 - "And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation" (ESV).

Thank you in advance for your consideration and support.
