Austin's Surprise Medical Bills

I hope most people reading this are aware of the dumpster fire of a situation our health industry is currently in. This is another case of surprise medical bills coupled with an incompetent health insurance provider.

Aetna has refused to cover about $3500 worth of medical bills that they supposedly cover with my current plan. 

This will soon grow to $4,000 that I was told by my medical professionals was "completely covered" only to have come back and attack me all day, every day during this pandemic. I now receive about 10-15 collect calls a day that I am unable to answer, my credit score and financial stability are being lowered as you read this, and there isn't much more I can do about it. 

Over the past 2 years, I've spent easily 100+ hours on the phone with over 20 different Aetna "employees" and many other employees of different medical facilities and programs. The medical professionals always tell me that they have done their job correctly and have ran the insurance information properly and Aetna continues to deny me basic coverage and call them liars. 

If anyone knows a safe and comfortable resource for 
1) Lithium 450mg ER
2) Albuterol proair inhaler
3) Valacyxlovir
in the Baltimore/Maryland area, that would be much appreciated in the time being. (Aetna compatibility preferred)

or if anyone is aware of a psychiatrist whose books aren't closed and will respond to their patients, that would also improve my current situation. (Aetna compatibility REQUIRED and must use Aetna's pre-approved Teledoc app for socially distanced appointments)

While my current medical bills will soon reach $4000 due to daily fees, I am still unsure of how to financially navigate this situation. Therefore any funds that do not pay for my current medical bills will go towards future medical bills and hopefully a better insurance company.
