Austin Yonkin Car Accident Assistance Fundraiser

Thank you for taking the time to read these words.
This fundraiser is a plea for help from anyone who can assist my 20-year-old nephew, Austin. He and his younger cousin JJ were severely injured in a car accident on S.R. 419 on August 7th, after a driver, attempting to cross the highway, pulled out in front of them, leaving no time for Austin to stop or avoid the impact. Fortunate to survive, both boys are now facing very long roads to recovery.
Austin works multiple jobs to make ends meet, all requiring hard physical labor. As a result of the accident, he sustained significant injuries, including but not limited to a broken back. He was rushed to the hospital and has had multiple surgeries thus far. He will likely remain in the hospital for several more weeks and be completely unable to perform his work duties while he recovers. How long he will be unable to earn a living remains to be seen, though we know his current bills will remain while additional medical expenses accrue.
Like many other Americans, Austin is not fortunate enough to have access to affordable health insurance, and his ability to avoid life-crippling debt will now be at the mercy of charitable organizations and empathic donors like many of you. Every dollar he receives will help Austin during his recovery. We are grateful for any help you can provide.
